I help individuals learn how to overcome ineffective and painful habits and patterns. The Starting Over Again Rebuilding Seminar for individuals dealing with the pain & confusion divorce, relationship ending, or death of partner or spouse. The divorce rate is over 50% for first marriages & over 60% for second marriages & over 70% for third marriages. I am committed to helping individuals not be among these statistics.
Paul Steinke, Therapist
I believe in the uniqueness and value of each person, and that each individual’s life story and experience are important. From a person-centered approach, I strive to see and meet each person where they are. We are each at our best when we experience a secure bond with another person. However, often those bonds are broken, or never develop, leaving one alone and disconnected. I help people develop secure bonds with others, and grow as someone who can connect with themselves and another, and be a safe person for someone else to bond to.
Stacey Horn, LCSW, CH
My approach uses InnerKinetics® Coaching to help parents navigate their co-parenting relationship. Looking at yourselves from the perspective of temperament is a non-threatening way to discuss issues. Temperament provides understanding of how your partners, ex’s and children experience the world. Expecting them to be a Zebra if they are anything else only causes hurt, anger and frustration. I provide “communications translation” to bridge the gap between you. You will discover how to communicate with each other so that what you are trying to convey is what they receive — and how to make those difficult communications more acceptable. Your children need both parents. I help make that delicate relationship successful.
