Rebecca Prescador, Attorney
Ms. Pescador grew up in rural Colorado. She obtained her education at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Japanese language, then continued on to get her Juris Doctorate and Master of Management (equivalent to a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Public Administration combined), as well as a Certificate of Dispute Resolution. She now resides in Northglenn with her husband of 19 years. They also enjoy the privilege of caring for their young cousin. She is trained and experienced in different forms of alternative dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. She assists clients by preparing them for the processes and accompanying them and representing them through these processes, and occasionally serves as a mediator. She has practiced law in Colorado since 2001 and is licensed in: Colorado State Courts, Federal Court for the State of Colorado, 10th Circuit Federal District Court of Appeals, U.S. Tax Court, Ute Mountain Ute CFR Court Has been sponsored to appear in courts in Utah and Oklahoma She always maintains 10% of her case load as pro bono cases, and the majority of her clients are on some form of payment plan. Providing quality affordable legal service and making the process understandable to her clients are her guiding principles.
