Julie’s expertise, thought process, and approach were developed and refined during her 20+ years at CCMP Capital Advisors, LP (“CCMP”) and its predecessor firms, JP Morgan Partners/Chase Capital Partners/Chemical Venture Partners. As Managing Director, CHRO and Head of Human Capital, she served as strategic advisor to the firm and its portfolio companies. Her practice included interim CHRO roles, pre-acquisition due diligence, post-acquisition operational integration, restructuring, and strategic talent alignment and optimization. She also played a key role in executive, director and employee compensation and benefits matters, during the portfolio company hold period, through the sale or IPO process, and after the public offering.
Julie is a leader in the HR community and a member of numerous advisory boards. She has been an active board member, adjunct professor, conference speaker, and contributing author.
