
Gretchen Ferraro
Gretchen has over 17 years of experience as a writer and editor in the health and wellness industry. She has served as editor of Muscle Media and Energy magazines, international publications geared toward the overall wellness and health of men and women, and she was editor of the Sports Nutrition Review, a comprehensive teaching manual and guide to nutrition. She managed the international weight-loss and fitness contest, Body-for-LIFE (www.bodyforlife.com), helped edit the New York Times best-selling book Body-for-LIFE and served as editorial director of the follow-up Champions Body-for-LIFE. She has written for a wide range of national publications, and develops consumer-driven wellness content for companies including Atkins, Abbott Laboratories, EAS and WhiteWave Foods.
Gretchen joined UTK so that she could use her expertise to help you take care of your physical health and improve your overall wellness during the divorce process.
Gretchen earned her undergraduate degree in English Literature from Montana State University and her Master of Arts in Journalism from University of Colorado. In her free time, Gretchen enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, working out, traveling, reading, cooking and yelling enthusiastically from the sidelines at her daughter’s many soccer games.
